Create your account
- Select Get Started at the top of the Creve website.
- Enter your first and last name, email, phone number and a password.
- Pick a Username. It becomes your site's address, so choose something short that people will recognise.
- Select Continue, then choose how you'll run your events (below).
- Select Create account. You land in your dashboard.
Choose how you run your events
The second step of sign-up explains the two options and asks you to pick one. You can change it later in Settings > Subscription & billing.
- Creve Marketplace (revenue share): no monthly fee. Creve takes a share of each paid ticket, your events can be discovered on the marketplace, and Creve collects ticket money and pays it out to you. You can create and publish events straight away.
- Creve White Label (monthly subscription): a flat monthly fee and no cut of your sales. Your events stay on your own site, and ticket money goes to your own Paystack account. You get verified first, then pay (or start the free trial) and your site goes live.
Signed up from Start free trial? White Label is already chosen. The trial starts once your account is verified, with no card.
Verify your account
Creve confirms who runs each account. On Marketplace it's needed before Creve pays out your ticket money; on White Label, before you pay and your site goes live.
- Open Settings > Verification.
- Fill in Business, Director or authorised representative and Settlement account, and add the Supporting documents asked for.
- Submit. The page shows Under review while Creve checks it. You can keep preparing your events meanwhile.
- When it says Verified, withdrawals open (Marketplace) or White Label can be paid for (White Label). If it says Verification rejected, the reason is shown: correct the details and resubmit.
Set up your storefront
Your storefront is your own site: it lists your events under your name.
- Open Settings > Storefront.
- Add your Logo, a Hero image and a short Bio.
- Choose a Featured event and add your social links, then save.
